Professional Development Certificate
The DGIM Professional Development Certificate Program aims to help junior faculty develop authentic and impactful careers in GIM. Specifically, we reinforce faculty skills in their areas of strength and interest, support progress in areas of growth, and proactively support promotion with an eye toward the new area of “additional contributions” in the FTCF promotion criteria.
The GIM Mentorship Program seeks to facilitate impactful, individualized mentorship based on the needs of junior faculty and foster authentic and meaningful professional development.
Our annual Boot Camp is day long skill-building workshop designed to bring together faculty from across the division to unite around important topics and competencies
The Clinical Teaching Champions program offers structured peer observation and feedback on teaching.
