Biography

Dr. Abbott is a Hospitalist at Harborview Medical Center and an Acting Instructor of Medicine at the University of Washington.

Dr. Abbott earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and her medical degree from New York University. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Washington, followed by a UW Chief Residency in Global Health, in Naivasha, Kenya. She is committed to Global Health, teaching, and medical care. She works clinically in Hospital medicine at Harborview and oversees students and residents in clinical practice. She is the UW IM Residency Program Global Health Pathway Director, where she teaches a GH course and mentors Pathway residents.
