Biography

Dr. Miller works part-time at the Harborview Medical Center After Care Clinic and serves as a Regional Medical Officer at the Washington State Department of Health. In this role, he supports the Southwest region as well as Department of Health's work on correctional health, tuberculosis, mpox, and COVID-19. His prior clinical experience includes work with the Maniilaq Association in northwest Alaska, Boston Healthcare for the Homeless, and the Seattle Indian Health Board.
