Academic Hospitalist Fellowship

Academic Hospital Medicine Fellowship Logo 2020The Academic Hospitalist Fellowship is designed for graduating internal medicine residents or early-career hospitalists seeking to accelerate their development as clinician-educators and academic leaders. Established in 2018, this fellowship provides the flexibility to pursue individualized career interests alongside a defined curriculum in quality improvement, medical education scholarship, bedside teaching, career development, and clinical research. Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis. Selected candidates will be asked to interview in person and fellows will be notified in 2023.

1) Growing into the role of an attending hospitalist within a supportive and engaging clinical environment, surrounded by outstanding peers.
2) Conducting medical education scholarship in a rigorous and thoughtful way, through participation in the Teaching Scholars Program.
3) Establishing mentorship relationships to guide me in obtaining both project and career goals, who continue to be my mentors after the Fellowship!
